Return Eligibility: Customers can return products within 7 days of receiving their order if any problems or defects are identified. Please note that this policy does not apply to changes of mind, as we are unable to process returns for such reasons.

Exceptions: The 7-day return policy is not applicable to our dry fish products. Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please include any accessories, manuals, or other items that came with the product.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is deemed defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, providing clear pictures of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
